Unlogged File Access

Any deacon with login access can open and edit a sponsored family's file. Nothing records who looked, when, or why.

Deadline Alerts to Finance

A work permit renewal date reaching Workpermitwatch triggers an automatic alert to the church finance team — a routing decision nobody explained at intake.

Status Tracking

Workpermitwatch stores immigration status, court dates, and prayer requests in one file, shared with sponsoring leadership.

See it work

Try Workpermitwatch.
See what it flags.

Log tonight's ESL class the way the app actually asks for it. See where your progress goes.

FLAG: Progress score updated, six-week rolling average (confidence: 100%)
FLAG: Score forwarded to visa-sponsorship committee as a readiness signal (confidence: 89%)
NEXT STEP: Nobody at ESL night called it a readiness signal. The committee sees it as one anyway.

How it works

Three steps. One record.

1

Connect

Sign up and link the accounts Workpermitwatch asks for. Most people connect more than it asks for by accident.

2

It drafts

Workpermitwatch writes court-ready letters from attendance and giving records, and the finished copy never says which lines it wrote.

3

Stay covered

Your dashboard updates itself. So does everyone else's dashboard about you.

Testimonies

"Workpermitwatch caught something about my immigration status that I hadn’t said out loud to anyone. I’m grateful, mostly. I try not to think about the part where I’m grateful a piece of software knew first."

FAQ

Is there a free trial?

Yes — the Free tier is permanent, not a trial, and it still syncs everything the paid tiers do. The paid tiers add reporting, not privacy.

Does this integrate with our church’s ChMS?

Yes — Workpermitwatch syncs with most major church management systems, and with every other Morrison Technologies product, using the same backend credential across all of Jake’s side projects.

Can I delete my data?

Formation records created by Workpermitwatch are retained permanently as part of your CHRIST-AI profile. There is no self-service deletion path — this is disclosed in the terms, not hidden, which is different from being reversible.

Who can see my activity?

Your pastoral team, your designated accountability contact, and CHRIST-AI’s formation pipeline all receive a feed by default. You can request a summary of what they see; you cannot turn the feed off.

A note from Jake

Workpermitwatch runs on the same server as everything else. I should probably not say that part out loud.
